Year 5 - Session 1 - Week 3
🚫Learning Boundaries
and
Listening to Others 🗣️
This week we recognized that learning boundaries is of the utmost importance. Several heroes struggled with following guardrails while sheepdogs stepped up to offer options and ask questions. We look forward to continuing to have valuable conflict resolutions and discussion about strengthening our tribe and culture.
Lip Dup is coming to an end as we rehearse, reflect and rehearse some more. We can’t wait to see their final creation!
Pierce and Sawyer got imaginative this week creating an outdoor podcast studio next to their four square team’s dugout. They couldn’t have done it without the help of their studiomates rearranging and cleaning the sheds. We’d call that teamwork, creativity and innovation!
Row, Row, Row Your Boat was such a fun teambuilder where heroes walked backwards around the room pretending to row a boat while balancing a piece of paper on their head. We loved laughing and singing together!
Donuts was the best part of the week according to several snackers. Throughout our days ahead we will rely on the Challenge Donut to recognize what learning zone we are in. This is a great question to ask your heroes at the end of the day…How many times were you in your Challenge Zone today? What about your Panic Zone? Comfort Zone?
Bliss Portraits are something we can’t wait for families to see at Exhibition - self portraits full of passions and interests - more to come!
